Textile Recycling Process

From textile waste collection to premium recycled yarn production, every stage of our manufacturing process is carefully controlled to ensure consistency, sustainability, and superior product quality.

01

Raw Material Collection

Post-industrial and post-consumer textile waste is collected and prepared for recycling.

02

Material Sorting

Materials are sorted according to fiber type, quality, composition and color.

03

Material Preparation

Textile waste is prepared and fed into the recycling process for further treatment.

04

China Card Processing

Fibers are opened and refined through the China Card machine.

05

Bale Press

Processed fibers are compressed into uniform bales for handling and storage.

06

T-Blend Process

Different fiber grades are blended to achieve consistency and desired quality.

07

Carding

Fibers are aligned, cleaned and transformed into a continuous web.

08

Sliver Formation

Carded fibers are condensed into soft untwisted strands called slivers.

09

Draw Frame

Multiple slivers are equalized and aligned to ensure uniform thickness.

10

Open-End Spinning

The final sliver is transformed into durable and high-quality recycled yarn.

11

Recycled Yarn

Finished yarn is wound, inspected and prepared for packaging and dispatch.

12

Final Output

Premium quality recycled yarn ready for textile manufacturing applications.
